Organic growth
Also called: Like-for-like growth
Growth from the existing business, excluding acquisitions, disposals and currency effects.
Buying another company adds its sales overnight; selling a business removes them. Organic growth strips out these changes (and usually currency effects) to show how much the underlying business grew by itself.
Organic growth can be further split into volume (selling more units) and price/mix (selling at higher prices or more expensive products).
